Privacy Notice

This notice explains what personal information the organizer of the events you were invited to collects when you view an event, RSVP, or manage an RSVP through this service, and the choices you have. You do not create an account or a password.

What we collect

• Your name and email address, and the names of any guests in your party, when you RSVP.
• Your RSVP response and your answers to the organizer's registration questions (some answers may be marked sensitive and shown only to the organizer).
• A one-time verification code emailed to you — stored only as a cryptographic hash, never the code itself.
• Records of the emails we send you (recipient address, message, delivery status), to deliver and diagnose them.

We do not collect or store your IP address or your raw session tokens, and our email contains no invisible tracking pixels.

Why we use it

To register you and manage your RSVP; to send confirmation, change, and cancellation notices and calendar details; and to protect the service from abuse.

How long we keep it

Verification codes are deleted within minutes of expiry. Records of emails and management sessions are kept about 90 days. Your RSVP is kept while the event is active and is removed if you cancel it or ask us to delete it.

Who can see it

The organizer, and our email provider, which delivers our messages to you. We do not sell your information or use it for advertising, and your data is isolated from any other organizer using the same software.

Your choices

You can change or cancel your RSVP at any time using the management link in your confirmation email. To access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, contact us via the support page.
